ABOUT ME
Every innovation and advancement starts with great science.

My research focuses on generating tools and platforms to facilitate scientific discovery in virology. I am particularly interested in the role of the nonstructural protein 3 during Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) infection. My goal is to see, visualize, and comprehend the complex interactions between a viral pathogen and the host cell.

Current Projects
Developing research tools for the study of Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) by advanced microscopy
Live cell super-resolution microscopy of CHIKV infection
Uncovering interactions between CHIKV nonstructural protein 3 (nsP3) and cellular host proteins
Revealing the role of membraneless organelles during the CHIKV life cycle
